Poland – Krakow – Warsaw – Gdansk
Warsaw – Poland’s capital was a quaint fishing village, until a newer settlement was formed in the area after the fall of Jazdów. Warsaw became the capital of Mazovia in 1413. Folk etymology attributes the city name to a fisherman Wars and his wife Sawa. According to legend, Sawa was a mermaid living in the Vistula River who Wars fell in love with. Warsaw is full of historical sites, attractions & exhibitions, delicious restaurants and shopping centres, lively nightlife and several commemorative events that take place here every year.
